Who Is The Author?
Joe Wicks, also known as The Body Coach, is a fitness coach, personal trainer, TV presenter and author. He has helped thousands of people get fit and transform their bodies with his online masterclasses, books and fitness plans.
More recently he has been acting as the nation’s PE Teacher with the daily PE With Joe workouts.

Drawing on his experience of weaning his young daughter Indie, combined with expert advice from a nutritionist, Joe Wicks’ book Wean In 15 contains one hundred recipes split into age stages, advice around nutrients, allergies, supplements and fussy eaters, as well as tips to help you understand your child’s signals.
