The Promotion will begin at 11.59pm (GMT) on 23rd November 2025 (the “Start Date”) and closes at 11.59pm (GMT) on 1st December 2025 (the “End Date”). Discounts will only be valid during this time.
All products on the vitabiotics.com website will have a 50% discount automatically applied at checkout, this will replace the 3 for 2 offer and any other offers for the duration of the promotion.
While the Black Friday 2025 discount of 50% is running, the use of other promotions or discount codes will not be applicable, the only exception to this is our Free UK shipping offer. The Black Friday discount is only for the specified promotion period and may not be used retrospectively.

Every time you shop on www.vitabiotics.com (the “Website”) with a registered account, we reward you with Rewards Points which can redeemed to use on future orders on the Website. Rewards Points are automatically added to your online account within 14 days of the purchase. These points can be exchanged online at any time and allow you to get even more money off your Vitabiotics purchases on the Website.
Collect Rewards Points
Points for loyalty - you earn points every time you spend with Vitabiotics and they are calculated on the transaction amount paid at the time of purchase. Every 100 Rewards Points collected saves £1 on your next order. No Rewards Points will be given for the free product in our 3 for 2 offer. We may run time limited promotions which increase the number of points you can accrue from time to time.
How Do I Spend My Rewards Points?
You can spend your Rewards Points at any time for any purchase from our website. To check your current points total, simply sign in to your account, click on 'Your Account' at the top right of the screen then select the 'My Rewards Points' tab, or use the password-less login link on the Rewards page on our website. This will display a full breakdown of how you have earned your points, as well as your current total points available to spend. When you want to redeem your points, follow these steps: At checkout, you will be reminded of your points total under the purchase price, there is a drop-down box to choose and to enter the amount of your available points you would like to use, however you need at least 100 points (£1 worth) to use them on purchases. Your points will then be automatically converted into currency and deducted from your order. Your new total payment required will be shown, the final value of the purchase should be no less than £1 for the transaction to be completed. Simply continue through the payment steps to complete your purchase as normal. There is a maximum amount of points you can use per transaction which is 2000 points = £20.
When redeeming a Rewards Points voucher for a subscribe and save billing, any loyal subscriber discount is calculated on a percentage basis after the deduction of the Rewards Points voucher.
There is a minimum final transaction amount of £1.00 when using a rewards points amount code, voucher, or points amount, so any rewards points redemptions and conversions to vouchers are adjusted to cover this minimum transaction final value.
Can I Use My Rewards Points With A Discount Code?
Rewards Points cannot be used at the same time as a discount code when making a purchase. You will still collect Reward Points on transactions when you are using a discount code.
Loyalty Terms and Conditions
Your points will expire 12 months from the date they are accrued, or where there is period of inactivity of 12 months. For the avoidance of doubt, any Rewards Points generated from this scheme may only be spent on the Website and you are not entitled to receive any payment of any kind in respect of the Rewards Points. The Rewards Points are not redeemable for cash nor are they transferable in any way. If you cancel or return your order (either in whole or in part) for any reason you will not qualify for Rewards Points on the cancelled or returned goods. Points will be deducted from your balance at the point a refund is processed. We reserve the right to update the terms of the Rewards Points programme from time to time and/or to withdraw the Rewards Points programme in its entirety. How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
To cancel your subscription, log in to your account using your email address and the password you created when you purchased your Subscription. Simply click the ‘cancel subscription’ button and this will cancel your subscription automatically.
Subscription transactions
Please note that there is minimum transaction value of £1.00 for a product subscription billing, and Rewards Points redemptions or discount codes that may reduce the final transaction to below £1.00 cannot be processed so will need to be adjusted accordingly to reach the minimum amount.
When you activate an account with us, which is done when you sign in using a password or passwordless sign in, after an initial purchase is made, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. By entering a customer review through the Review service for any of our products You grant Vitabiotics a non-exclusive, royalty free worldwide license to use any of your written reviews in relation to its marketing and/or in its advertising, including without limitation, in the online store, in newsletters, catalogues, email and other customer communications, store materials and other marketing or advertising purposes.
Further You grant Vitabiotics permission to view and edit the reviews before they are published. We will only publish comments that contain relevant information about a product. This includes but is not limited to, Vitabiotics will not publish generally inappropriate comments, comments that make unsubstantiated medical claims for products, indecent or inappropriate language or personally identifiable information. We reserve the right to remove any customer review at any time.
