What Is Wean In 15 By Joe Wicks About?

Drawing on his experience of weaning his young daughter Indie, combined with expert advice from a nutritionist, Joe Wicks’ book Wean In 15 contains one hundred recipes split into age stages, advice around nutrients, allergies, supplements and fussy eaters, as well as tips to help you understand your child’s signals.

As weaning can be a time-consuming process, Joe also offers advice on meal prep with shopping lists and freezable items.

The aim of the book is to help parents lay the foundation for their child for a lifetime of healthy, happy eating.

Why Should I Read Wean In 15?

Whether you’re a first-time parent thinking about starting your child’s food journey, or a mum and dad of more than one approaching the weaning stage again, the book guides you towards getting the best for your little one, from figuring out when to start weaning and how much food your child needs, to adapting your own meals for your child. Joe is cheerful and relatable, and his book offers a handy and colourful guide to help you make weaning a happy and enjoyable time for the whole family.
