Directions:
Women - one tablet per day (pink blister).
Men - one tablet per day (purple blister).
Take with your main meal. Swallow with a glass of water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Pregnacare® His & Her Conception tablets should only be taken on a full stomach
