AquaMarine® 2 in 1 provides a valuable source of natural vitamins too.
Vitamin D - This vitamin is produced within the body when the skin is
exposed to the sun but some people are not always exposed to enough sun to
generate adequate vitamin D especially in the winter. Vitamin D is best known
for its role in bone health but new research shows that it may also be
important in areas such as the immune system. Without sufficient vitamin D the
body cannot absorb calcium from food or supplements.
Vitamin E - An important nutrient and antioxidant, which works at a
cellular level to help protect against potentially harmful free radicals (the
unstable molecules that cause damage to cells). It offers a multitude of
benefits including helping to maintain heart health, supporting the immune
system and the health of the skin.
Vitamin A - The Cod Liver Oil in AquaMarine® may also provide low levels
