has Perfectil® been
developed? |
Perfectil® has been
designed by experts to compliment your daily beauty regime. It
contains 22 essential nutrients, specially formulated for
utilisation by the lower dermal layer of the skin, and hair
follicles, Perfectil® also includes specific nutrients for the health of nails. Perfectil® contains
antioxidants, selenium, and vitamins C and E, which help protect
against the damaging effects of excess free radicals. Pollution
and over exposure to sun can cause an increase in free radicals,
which can damage skin tissue. Perfectil® also contains minerals such as zinc, copper and magnesium
involved in the growth of replacement cells, B complex vitamins
essential for healthy skin, hair and nails, and natural plant

| Who should use Perfectil® |
Perfectil® is recommended
for use by both men and women of all ages for the maintenance of
healthy skin, hair and nails. It is often used by people with
dry, brittle hair, poor nail growth or lacklustre skin, which
may be due to nutritional imbalance. Perfectil® replaces your daily multivitamin
and mineral supplement, and can be used for as long as required. [Top]

| Can Perfectil® be used
during pregnancy and breast-feeding? |
During pregnancy, we would only recommend a multivitamin
supplement specially formulated for pregnancy, such as Pregnacare® . Pregnacare® (from
Vitabiotics) contains a careful combination of 17 vitamins and
minerals, specially developed for use from before conception,
throughout the whole of pregnancy, and also whilst
breast-feeding. However, if required, Perfectil® may be used after breast-feeding,
instead of Pregnacare® ,
as this is a time when skin and hair may need extra nutritional

| Can Perfectil® be taken simultaneously with
medicines? |
Generally, Perfectil® may
be used along-side medications because it contains only
moderate levels of vitamins and minerals, and it is free of any
drugs or hormones. For specific advice on taking Perfectil® with medicines, we recommend that you contact your doctor or

How many tablets does one pack of Perfectil contain?
|
Perfectil is available in 30 tablet (1 month's supply) and 90 tablet (3 month's supply) packs. It is recommended to take one tablet per day.
Perfectil® should only be
taken on a full stomach. Always ensure that
Perfectil® is taken with
plenty of liquid to wash the tablet down,
and not tea or coffee as this may cause the
tablet to disintegrate too early. [Top]

and when should Perfectil® be used? |
One tablet per day is recommended with your main meal. Swallow
with a full glass of water or a cold drink. Taking the tablet
with a large meal maximises the absorption of the nutrients, and
can reduce nausea, which is sometimes experienced if
multivitamins are taken on an empty stomach. Perfectil® should only be taken on a full
stomach. Always ensure that Perfectil® is taken with plenty of liquid to wash the tablet down, and not
tea or coffee as this may cause the tablet to disintegrate too

there any undesired effects whilst taking Perfectil® ? |
Perfectil® has no known
side effects when taken as directed. Do not exceed the
recommended tablet intake. In case of overdose, seek medical

Perfectil® contains the
following active ingredients per tablet: Vitamin D (200 IU) 5
mcg; Vitamin E (natural source) 40 mg; Vitamin C 60 mg; Vitamin
B1 8 mg, Vitamin B2 4 mg; Niacin 18 mg; Vitamin B6 10 mg; Folic
acid 500 mcg; Vitamin B12 9 mcg; Biotin 0.045 mg; Pantothenic
acid 40 mg; Iron 12 mg; Magnesium 75 mg; Zinc 15 mg; Iodine 200
mcg; Manganese 0.5 mg; Copper 1 mg; Chromium 50 mcg; Selenium
100 mcg; Cystine 10 mg; Betacarotene (as natural mixed
carotenoids) 2 mg; Grape seed extract (95% Proanthocyanidins) 15
mg. Perfectil® is free
from artificial colourings, gelatine, gluten, preservatives and
yeast. Perfectil® has not

long does it take to experience any benefits in the condition of
the skin, hair and nails? |
Results vary amongst individuals, but in most cases we would
expect the beneficial effects of the vitamins and minerals in Perfectil® to build over
several weeks, with noticeable results in one to three months. A
regular intake is recommended. There is no maximum length of

with hair growth? |
Perfectil® contains a
number of nutrients, which may help to maintain normal growth of
hair if the condition of the hair (or hair loss), is a result of
marginal deficiencies in dietary nutrients. Perfectil® contains Biotin, which stimulates
growth of cells, which are involved in hair growth; Copper
necessary for hair strength and formation of hair follicles; and
Magnesium and Zinc - for hair growth. |
