About role
As part of our commitment to innovation and development, we are looking for a Junior Accounts Assistant to join our growing team. You will support the Finance team, ensuring customer orders are processed in a timely manner, the accounts are up to date and complete.
Responsibilities
- Processing purchase invoices/credit notes into SAP.
- Sales order processing.
- Ensure control over Prepayments and Direct Debits.
- Post journals and accruals as required and complete regular supplier statement reconciliations, ensuring supplier accounts are up to date, and any credits pending are agreed with supplier.
- Regularly review aged creditors, clearing/processing any debit balances in a timely manner.
- Agree with AP Manager actions for outstanding/aged balances.
- Proactively liaise with Supply Chain team for customers/suppliers queries to obtain their swift resolution.
- Manage queries with customers/suppliers to ensure accounts are accurate and complete, maintaining good on-going relationships.
- Maintain vendor files within SAP, to ensure they are up to date and accurate.
- Maintain up to date documentation for Accounts Payable processes.
- Proactively look for ways to improve efficiency in the AP area, particularly the usage of SAP and automation.
- Provide supporting documentation for audits.
- Support the Finance Team with any ad hoc work or projects.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in an Accounts Payable/Accounts Assistant role.
- Excellent attention to detail and administration skills.
- Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
- Able to work to tight deadlines.
- Must be IT literate: Microsoft suite and a good team player.

About role
As part of our commitment to innovation and development, we are looking for a Product Development Manager to join our forward-thinking team. This role’s main purposes will include researching, developing and liaising with internal and external teams to coordinate and deliver new Vitabiotics products and product upgrades for the market. To streamline and improve the efficiency of Vitabiotics entire product development process, acting as a hub for a range of departments including QC, Marketing and Design to feed into the NPD process.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development, production and on time delivery of new products, ensuring liaison across all relevant departments.
- Assist in specification and research of new products, existing product upgrades and ingredients in line with changing market and consumer requirements.
- Monitor and project manage suppliers working with the technical and supply chain teams to ensure the launch and go to market deadlines are met.
- Assist with research on new market opportunity and competitor benchmarking for new product development or upgrades.
- Work with VB’s leading licence partners on range extension and product updates.
- Work with design and production teams on product sustainability / environmental packaging projects.
- Produce new product collateral, manage information and technical data sheets, and scientific product dossiers.
- Assist with any specific product requirements for new ecomm markets.
- Liaise with National Account, Marketing and Export Department on launch, availability and suitability of products.
Requirements
- Experience in project management or managing Product Development programs.
- 3-5 years business/ relevant industry experience.
- Previously collated information from external suppliers and internal departments to ensure company processes are efficient.
- Highly organised and pays close attention to detail.
- Graduated ideally in bioscience or similar technical or scientific background.

You will be working within our National Accounts Team, where you will be responsible for working alongside leading retailers, including Boots, Tesco, Superdrug, Sainsbury’s and Amazon where you will take an entrepreneurial approach and own multiple analytical processes across the business.
Responsibilities
- Analysing incoming data to support and enable the National Accounts Team to make informed strategic decisions.
- Assisting the National Accounts team with new product set-up.
- Assisting with promotional activity set-up and evaluation.
- Supporting with Retailer project administration.
- Arranging product sampling for our retailers.
- Managing the reconciliation and recording of invoices linked to promotional activity.
Requirements
- Experience of working in either a major UK retailer head office or for a branded supplier to retail chains would be preferable.
- Outstanding Excel skills to analyse data.

You will be working on a diverse range of print projects, principally focussed on packaging, TTL advertising (B2C and B2B publications, consumer press and outdoor), in-store POS, leaflets and brochures.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with internal teams to create new designs for packaging, POS, advertising and print.
- Creating product and packaging visuals of new products prior to launch.
- Communicating with the Design Manager in terms of the general look and feel of the ranges.
- Contributing to creating new ideas that will benefits the business.
- Taking projects from initial layout through final artwork to proof checking and approval.
- Working closely with the sales teams providing them with all sales material required for new product launches.
- Creating and amending packaging artwork, advertising and related marketing campaigns.
- Adaption of existing approved creatives onto range of formats (OOH digital billboards etc).
- Photo retouching, product pack-shot creation and supporting with administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Strong creative design skills.
- Fluent in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator Creative Cloud on Mac OSX.
- Technical repro knowledge and excellent art working and retouching skills.
