1. Vitabiotics.com delivers internationally and offers free shipping to all UK consumers, EXCLUDING LIQUID AND OPTIMUSCLE PRODUCTS
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable because they have been refused, unclaimed or the delivery address is incorrect. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us we will attempt to contact you, asking if you would like us to re-send the package.
Re-sending the package will incur a further shipping cost. If you no longer require the package the value of the items it contains will be refunded, less any extra shipping costs incurred for the carrier to return us the package. No shipping charges, original or otherwise, will be refunded.
We cannot accept any liability for delay or any issues arising from customs clearance.

2. To keep the cost to you as low as possible, most deliveries will be via the Royal Mail. This means that the parcel is likely to be delivered with the rest of your post.

3. When you choose Express Delivery you have to sign for the goods. If the parcel is delivered and you are not there to receive it, a card will be left asking you to collect the parcel from your local sorting office, which will be much closer than the nearest depot of a national carrier. You may also specify the order to be delivered at your work address if you are unable to be at home to receive it.

4. With 'Free standard shipping' in the UK, delivery will be 5-7 days and with 'Express Delivery' (charged at cost) your order will reach you in 1-2 working days, you place your order by 10.30am GMT Monday through Friday and your products are in stock.

5. For international orders 'Standard Delivery' will be 10-15 days and with 'Courier', orders should reach you within 1-5 days provided that you place your order by 2 p.m. GMT Monday through Friday and your products are in stock. Please note that these delivery times are estimated and may vary from country to country.
