1.0 OUR RETURNS POLICY
This applies to items purchased from Vitabiotics.com
If we have made an error with your order, or you have received your order in a damaged or faulty condition, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. The refundable amount will include a deduction for any discounts you received on your origninal order, at a level proportional to the normal value of the returned item(s). Please note: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
Returning items to us under this policy is simple. Carefully follow the instructions outlined in section 1.2 below.
Specific rules apply regarding refunds of delivery charges are outlined in Section 1.1 below.
This returns policy does not affect the statutory rights of our UK customers, outlined in section 1.3 below.
If you take delivery of a Vitabiotics.com package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange.
1.1 DELIVERY CHARGES
UK & International Customers
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the postage charges incurred in sending the item to you, and your normal postage charges incurred in returning it to us. Under no circumstances can we refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. You will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
UK Customers Only
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working days cooling-off period, we will refund the normal postage charge for delivery of that item, but we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. You will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
1.2 HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Select the 'returns' option relating to the order you wish to send back, in the order history section of your account page on vitabiotics.com. Give your reasons for the return in the box provided, and enter any other details as required.
2. Wrap the item securely in its original packaging with all accompanying documentation.

1.3 YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS (APPLIES TO UK CUSTOMERS ONLY)
Cooling-off period
Under UK law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the item's delivery to you. We regret that we also cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where the item has been unsealed.
To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please write follow steps 1-3 outlined in section 1.2, stating "contract cancellation" as your reason for the return. Please package the relevant item as instructed and send it to us with the despatch note so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.
