Alison Waters -British National Squash Champion, ranked No.3 in the world.
Alison Waters is the British National Squash champion and is currently ranked No. 3 in the world. She has represented England over 30 times at both Junior and Senior Levels, including competing at the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne 2006. Alison competes in international competitions worldwide and has won 4 Wispa titles and is 2 times British National champion.

Squash requires a huge amount of strength, speed and endurance. Training twice a day six days a week is tough and combined with lots of travelling, I need to make sure my body is in the best condition to enable me to perform to the best of my ability. By using Wellwoman®, Jointace® and Osteocare® supplements I know that my body is being well looked after. With protection to my joints, general wellbeing, and having higher energy levels, this means I can just concentrate on playing squash!”

After Alison won the UK national title on the 14th February 2010, Alison's manager and longstanding club mate, Gordon Kerr commented as follows. (Note at the time of this match Alison was ranked No 5 in the world)

“Dear Wellwoman
I am lost for words...your supplements are working...I have never seen Alison endure such a punishing weekend and win. I have never seen her play better, or watched a more exciting ladies' match. She had won her semi in a long 5 setter on Saturday evening by a tiny margin, 11/9 in the final game. Yesterday against the World number 3 Jenny Duncalf who wore Alison down in an attritional final exactly a year ago, she was losing 6-1 in the fifth. Alison then launched an amazing comeback. She pulled back to 5-6, but then again it seemed all over at 5-9 (11 points wins). Then she saved a match point to take it to a 10-10 tie breaker, and then won 12-10. She seemed stronger than I have ever seen her and her balance under such pressure showed as she played some stunning drops with soft hands to exhaust her opponent.”
While using Wellwoman Sport & Fitness Alison has now moved up to be ranked No.3 in the world herself !

Nadia Williams- UK No1 Triple Jumper 2011
Nadia is already one of the UK's top female Triple Jumpers but always sets her sights at characteristically high levels. Nadia is looking forward to an important few years of competition including the London Olympic Games in 2012.

“As a GB International athlete (Triple Jumper) I look at all aspects of my life in striving to make the top, my diet and nutrition were high up on the list of elements that needed improving. My lifestyle as an athlete and juggling a full time job on top of that can become extremely demanding as I am required to be at the top of my game 150% of the time.
