up to 15 minutes full sunshine exposure on unprotected hands, face
and arms1, but of course without any of the ageing and
harmful effects of UV radiation on the skin.
What is vitamin D?
Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin found in foods such as oily fish,
butter and egg yolk. It is formed through the action of UV sunlight
